पंजीकरण शुल्क / One-Time Fee

नियम: यह शुल्क केवल एक बार (Only First Time) पोर्टल सेटअप और दिए जा रहे 5 मुख्य पैनल्स (5 Panels) ke maintenance charge के रूप में लागू होता है।
वार्षिक शुल्क / Annual Fee
₹6,000/-
नियम: यह आपके द्वारा उपयोग किए जा रहे कंप्लीट सॉफ्टवेयर की वार्षिक फीस है, जो हर साल (Annual) देय होगी।
1. प्रबंधक एवं संस्थान का विवरण / Manager & Institute Details
निर्देश: नाम हाईस्कूल सर्टिफिकेट या आधार के अनुसार साफ अक्षरों में होना आवश्यक है।
निर्देश: किसी भी प्रकार का शॉर्टकट उपयोग न करें, पूरा नाम स्पष्ट अक्षरों में लिखें।
निर्देश: उचित विकल्प का चयन केवल एक्टिव मोड में ही किया जा सकता है।
निर्देश: केवल चालू व्हाट्सएप नंबर दर्ज किया जाना चाहिए जिसपर लॉगिन OTP प्राप्त हो सके।
निर्देश: अपनी संस्था का पूरा मान्यता प्राप्त नाम दर्ज करें जो सर्टिफिकेट्स पर प्रदर्शित हो।
निर्देश: इसमें विलेज/टाउन, ब्लॉक, डिस्ट्रिक्ट, और पिनकोड अवश्य होना चाहिए।
निर्देश: भविष्य के सभी डिजिटल रिपोर्ट और अलर्ट्स इसी ईमेल आईडी पर भेजे जाएंगे।
निर्देश: डिफ़ॉल्ट रूप से राष्ट्रीयता 'भारतीय' निर्धारित की गई है।
2. मीडिया, लोगो एवं बैनर का विवरण / Media Upload Specifications
लोगो गाइडलाइन (1:1 Ratio): लोगो वर्गाकार (जैसे 500px × 500px) बैकग्राउंड रहित Pure PNG होना चाहिए ताकि मार्कशीट पर क्लियर दिखे।
बैनर गाइडलाइन (4:3 Ratio): बैनर का आकार 4:3 के अनुपात (जैसे 1024px × 768px) में होना चाहिए जिसमें संस्था का स्लोगन स्पष्ट हो।
निर्देश: यहाँ यह प्रदर्शित होता है कि वर्तमान में किस परीक्षा या विशेष सत्र का रिजल्ट प्रोसेस किया जा रहा है।
निर्देश: यह आपके चालू सेशन के वर्ष को दर्शाता है, जिससे पता चलता है कि परीक्षा कौन से वर्ष से कौन से वर्ष तक संचालित हो रही है।
3. कक्षावार कुल विषय एवं अधिकतम अंक योजना / Subjects & Maximum Marks Scheme

सहायता निर्देश: यह टेबल वर्तमान में केवल देखने के लिए (Read-Only) है, इसमें कोई भी अंक मैन्युअली एडिट नहीं किया जा सकता।

निर्देश: विद्यालय में प्रतिदिन संचालित होने वाले मुख्य पीरियड की कुल संख्या यहाँ प्रदर्शित होती है।
निर्देश: प्रथम पीरियड या प्रार्थना सभा शुरू होने का निर्धारित समय (लॉक मोड)।

मैं यह प्रमाणित करता हूँ कि इस ऑनलाइन डिजिटल आवेदन फॉर्म में भरी गई सभी जानकारियां पूर्णतः सत्य, सटीक एवं नियमानुसार वैध हैं। हमारे संस्थान द्वारा चुने गए विषयों की संख्या, थ्योरी एवं प्रयोगात्मक अधिकतम अंक योजना तथा कालांश समय-सारणी के अनुसार ही परीक्षा परिणाम और दैनिक अकादमिक डेटा 'Educational Institution Management Hub (EIMH)' पोर्टल पर अपडेट किया जाएगा। किसी भी विसंगति के लिए प्रबंधक जिम्मेदार होंगे।

Annual Software Fee

Rule: This is the recurring annual usage fee for the complete management software platform, payable every year.
1. Manager & Institute Details
Instruction: Ensure the name exactly matches your official High School Certificate or Aadhaar Card.
Instruction: Do not use initials or abbreviations. Provide the full name clearly.
Instruction: Selection can only be made when the form is active.
Instruction: Provide an active WhatsApp number to successfully receive updates and system OTPs.
Instruction: Enter the officially recognized name of the school as printed on boards or certificates.
Instruction: Address must clearly mention the localized block, town/city, district, and official pin code.
Instruction: All system alerts, analytical reports, and account invoices will be sent to this email.
Instruction: Nationality is locked to 'Indian' by default configuration.
2. Media Upload & Session Configuration
Logo Guide (1:1 Ratio): Upload a square image (e.g., 500px × 500px) with a transparent background for clear rendering on automated report cards.
Banner Guide (4:3 Ratio): Upload in 4:3 dimensions (e.g., 1024px × 768px). Keep text inside the safe margins.
Instruction: Displays the operational exam timeline or customized result session currently processed by the panel.
Instruction: This indicates your active session timeframe, defining the starting and terminal years of the active batch.
