EIMH (Educational Institution Management Hub) केवल एक तकनीकी प्रबंधन उपकरण (ERP Software) है। हमारा मुख्य उद्देश्य संस्थानों के आंतरिक कार्यों जैसे कि स्टाफ अटेंडेंस, छात्र रिकॉर्ड, फीस का हिसाब-किताब और ऑनलाइन परीक्षाओं को सरल और डिजिटल बनाना है। हम किसी भी संस्थान के शैक्षिक मानकों को निर्धारित नहीं करते हैं।
यह स्पष्ट किया जाता है कि उत्तर प्रदेश बोर्ड (UPMSP), CBSE, ICSE या किसी भी अन्य राज्य/केंद्रीय बोर्ड से किसी संस्थान की **मान्यता (Recognition)** है या नहीं, इससे EIMH का कोई प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष लेना-देना नहीं है। संस्थान की मान्यता की वैधता की जाँच करना पूरी तरह से संबंधित सरकारी विभागों और अधिकारियों का कार्य है। EIMH किसी भी संस्थान को "मान्यता प्राप्त" होने का प्रमाण पत्र नहीं देता है।
पोर्टल पर पंजीकरण करने वाला प्रत्येक संस्थान स्वयं में एक स्वतंत्र इकाई है। संस्थान किस कक्षा (NC से लेकर इंटरमीडिएट तक) तक की शिक्षा दे रहा है और क्या उसके पास उन कक्षाओं को चलाने की वैध अनुमति है, इसकी शत-प्रतिशत जिम्मेदारी संस्थान के प्रबंधक (Manager) की होगी। यदि कोई संस्थान पोर्टल का उपयोग करके जनता को अपनी मान्यता के बारे में भ्रमित करता है, तो EIMH इसके लिए कानूनी रूप से उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा।
सॉफ्टवेयर के भीतर अपलोड किया गया कोई भी डाटा, चाहे वह छात्रों की जानकारी हो या फीस की रसीदें, संस्थान की निजी संपत्ति और जिम्मेदारी है। EIMH किसी भी डाटा की कानूनी वैधता की पुष्टि नहीं करता है। किसी भी सरकारी निरीक्षण के दौरान, संस्थान को अपने भौतिक (Physical) दस्तावेज स्वयं प्रस्तुत करने होंगे।
Comprehensive Legal Terms
EIMH provides a cloud-based management ecosystem designed for administrative efficiency. Our services include Student Information Systems (SIS), Fee Management, and Examination modules. We do not provide academic accreditation, licensing, or authorization to operate an educational entity.
Registration or presence on the EIMH platform DOES NOT constitute government recognition or affiliation with any Board of Education (e.g., UPMSP). It is the exclusive responsibility of the Government Regulatory Authorities to verify, inspect, and certify the legal status of an institute. EIMH acts solely as a service provider, not a certifying agency.
The institute management acknowledges that they are legally permitted to run the specific classes (NC to 12th) registered on the portal. EIMH shall be held harmless in the event of any legal investigation, misrepresentation of facts by the institute, or lack of proper government recognition. All management decisions and legal compliance remain the sole burden of the respective institute's Head/Manager.
Each institution functions as an independent legal entity. EIMH facilitates only the digital workflow. Any claim made by an institute regarding its legal standing based on its digital presence on EIMH will be considered a breach of our terms and conditions.
